Candidate Management
RecruitmentProfiler helps you to identify the candidates that best fit your requirements. These can be internal or external candidates as RecruitmentProfiler supports re-allocation of current staff and recruitment of new staff.
Specify your requirements for a specific position and
RecruitmentProfiler will allow you to identify and build candidate lists
dynamically, based on key skills. If a
CV is not already on the system, it can easily be uploaded automatically.
Candidate comparison is a key feature which
allows you
to look across the applicants and compare their skills. CVs can then be produced in your specified
format for short-listed candidates.
Details held include current / previous employment history, academic / professional qualifications, including business sector / category mapping.

RecruitmentProfiler supports both Demand Forecasting and Supply Management, allowing you to manage your resource profile to greatest effect. This maximises your business efficiency, making you more competitive.
RecruitmentProfiler highlights which staff are
becoming available, their skills, geographical locations, job grades, contact
details, etc.
Vacancy details are input to RecruitmentProfiler, including essential
skills, desirable skills, duration of requirement/project, and geographical
locations.
You can then match the vacancy requirements against existing
candidates, to see if there is a skills match or whether you need to train
existing staff or recruit new staff.
Potential requirements (e.g. from a bid) can be input so you can
evaluate how well positioned you are for that piece of business.

RecruitmentProfiler
provides the ability to restrict users or groups of users from accessing
unnecessary areas of the system or to restrict users from viewing sensitive or
controlled information.
RecruitmentProfiler
also provides the facility to control password uniqueness, and encryption
techniques used.

Intelligent Search Facilities, including
comparison of candidates
RecruitmentProfiler uses skills categorisations, which are searched
using our Natural Language Processor. This search mechanism allows you to query
the system using natural English and/or select the type of categorisation
required. The following is an example of the types of queries expected:
“Massive
global solutions provider & consultancy seeks accomplished Data Warehousing
expert for high profile Technical Architect role. Initial 6 month contract but
highly likely to extend to 18 months. Seeking a hands-on Technical Architect
with a minimum 4 years experience in Data-warehousing, ideally with a retail
environment though this is not absolutely essential. Any experience of loyalty
management would also be highly beneficial. Applicants should also have a
strong technical background in SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner, Terradata, SPSS

RecruitmentProfiler provides a list of employees / users who match
your query and weights their match to a percentage which you can control. You
can also search on previous employees / users.
Once a list of employees / users has been provided you have the
ability to compare their skills, build CV’s and add selected employees / users
to a candidate profile.
You also have the ability to save your queries and use
time-and-time again.

Automatic CV Generation and Extraction
RecruitmentProfiler provides the ability to register your CV in a
number of file formats (some of which are Microsoft Word 2000, HR-XML Resume
2.0, Text, HTML, RTF or PDF). Your CV will then be scanned using our Intelligent
Search Facilities to provide you with a skills profile for you to maintain.
RecruitmentProfiler also provides the ability to generate CV’s to your
needs and formats in a number of file formats (some of which are Microsoft Word
2000, HR-XML Resume 2.0, Text, HTML, RTF or PDF). RecruitmentProfiler can then
store, printed, email of fax your CV.
RecruitmentProfiler also provides the ability to generate CV’s for a
complete candidate profile allowing you to bulk generate CV’s.

Internet enabled
RecruitmentProfiler
is 100% Internet enabled and can be used by any browser supporting HTML 4.0 DOM
2.0, Javascript 1.2. RecruitmentProfiler will use cookies where necessary but these
are limited to 3K and are encrypted.

RecruitmentProfiler is available in several
different languages, including French, German, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
